Sugar with Searced Sugar-A Taste of Hearth Cooking

After the rouls have been sliced and placed on a bake oven drying rack for the receipt (recipe) To make Cinamon Bisket then sugar it all over with searced sugar.  To searce means to sift or sieve and I am using my sieve to sugar the biskets in the picture.
