A Little Orange-flower Water-A Taste of Hearth Cooking

After the juice from the mashed strawberries was strained through the sieve for the receipt (recipe) Strawberry Cream put to it a little Orange-flower water.  The orange flower water is in the small blue and white bottle to the right of the basin.
