Squeeze Through a Cloth-A Taste of Hearth Cooking

The first step in the 1796 receipt (recipe) "For preserving Strawberries" is to take two quarts of Strawberries and squeeze them through a cloth. I prepared half the receipt and started with one quart of strawberries for squeezing.
