On January 23, 2014, I presented a chocolate demonstration at an exhibition OH, SUGAR! curated by the questionably refined Berley Brothers. This exhibit is housed at Independence Seaport Museum at Penn’s Landing on the Delaware in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
