Peeling a Mushroom for Patties

Peeling Mushrooms

For the receipt (recipe), Mushroom Patties, the good middle-sized Mushrooms needed to be peeled.  I am peeling the outer skin of the mushroom with my fingers revealing a much whiter appearing mushroom.
