Cook a full meal on the open hearth using period equipment and receipts (recipes). Beginners to advanced cooks are welcome. The class, part of a series of Master Classes, is led by Susan McLellan Plaisted of Heart to Hearth Cookery. Pre-registration with Historic Speedwell is required. Ages 16 and up.
Cost: $60 per person.
