Cook a full meal on the open hearth using period equipment, ingredients, and receipts (recipes). This class is for the complete novice to the advanced hearth cook as Susan individualizes the class to the individual participants. All are welcome!

Hearth Cooking Class

The Bouman-Stickney Farmhouse, a 1741 Dutch bank house, is located in the Township of Readington, Hunterdon County, New Jersey on 68 acres of preserved open space. Particicpants in this class will prepare Dutch receipts (recipes) of the 17th and 18th centuries, and enjoy a Dutch meal.

Cost is $70.00 per person. Class size is limited.
